Develop and lead teaching professional development programs for graduate students and postdocs as part of the CIRTL
Network; interim co-lead for Faculty Learning Communities program (AY 2021-2022); teach graduate courses on writing
across the curriculum, facilitate year-long teaching-as-research (TAR) program, MOOCs, and local learning communities;
design local programming and policies, such as learning e-portfolios, along with Office of Instruction and Assessment (OIA);
prepare IRB proposals and conduct studies to assess program effectiveness and sustainability; present at events on campus
as well as to departments, graduate programs, and the international network; write, edit, and collaborate on recruiting and
program materials such as logos, flyers, invitations, newsletters, and internal reports; design and update website; participate
in cross-network projects; co-lead Steering Committee meetings.
