Abstract: The new contours of the network society have constituted the object of study
and research to professionals from various fields. The importance of social networks as
a phenomenon of collective digital as authors and consumers of information and
producers of knowledge, introduces major disruptions in the traditional roles of
publishers and librarians, so it is currently difficult to differentiate whether a content is
edited by a publisher or is a self-publishing on the Web. Studies indicate that the
production of content on the Web in 2007 was concentrated in the hands of young
people and with a greater degree of information literacy. However further studies need
to be done now to verify if the trend is confirmed or dissipates. This work aims to study
the production of knowledge considering the new trends in access, ownership and use
of information in Web 3.0
Acredita-se que a atual geração emergente da Web, seja Web 3.0 que
será o futuro da Web, embora esta definição varie de autores para autores, os
trabalhos quando do surgimento da DBPedia (BIZER, CYGANIAK, and
HEALTH, 2007), VIAF e os papers de Hendler (2009) e Lassila, McDonough
and Malaika (2011) são fundamentais para se entender seus significados e
conceitos.
Hendler (2009) fala da emergência da Web 3.0 e as vantagens do
Linked Data nos quais os conceitos de Web Semântica tornaram-se mais claros
e possíveis, porque há como tornar os links que simplesmente ligam “coisas” a
triplas de links: sujeito-predicado-objeto.
O artigo de Lassila, McDonough e Malaika (2011) aponta estas
ambiguidades, e é certa que um dos pilares da arquitetura Web (Jacobs,
Walsh, 2004) é a capacidade de identificar os recursos (para fins de inscrição,
manipulação), no entanto afirmam que nem todo URI é de fato um identificador
único a nível mundial. Orientação do W3C sobre esta matéria é muito clara:
que "URIs legal não mudam".
Assim o W3C indica que é necessário considerar a estabilidade de
endereços e possíveis abordagens de mitigação (PURLs e mecanismos de
redirecionamento), o que na verdade, com esta ideia geral de "resolução" de
endereços pode na prática, incluir questões, como “ciclo de vida” e até mesmo
mudança de recursos.
Pode-se assim definir apenas didaticamente, os Links L1, L2 ...Ln em
termos dos nós (locais e identificadores na Web), onde A1, A2 .. An são URLs,
onde A´2, A´3 são linked data e A´´1, A´´2 ... A´´n, níveis ligados por agentes
inteligentes:
