Required Qualifications & Skills: Main Duties and Responsibilities:

 Minimum GCE O/L or equivalent  Welcome passengers at check in counters and


TMA Terminals
 Excellent communication skills in English  Provide passengers with information on their
flights and departure and arrival times
 Sound customer service orientation  Report any delays related to passengers/flights
to the appropriate authorities
 A pleasing personality and good PR skills
 Assisting Passengers with their inquires provide
support when necessary
 Age between 18-26 years
