Minor Category: Owned Luxury

In Description Column: select Luxury Vehicles
Book: select the ledger that the asset will be assigned to , write its cost
In line select the assigned employee
In the expense account key flex field select account alias : bad debts its an alias for group of
accounts
Will be asked to supply the account no from the accounting flex field
Select no department that you donot want to assign the asset to certain department
In the location column select New York from the location Flex Field
Now Click Done or save to save your asset , the system will assign number for your asset in
this book so that in serach , u will supply asset number and book

Click the find icon in the menu to search for your asset with the number supplied by the
system
And the book name which is Ops Corp
Click find
The system will get it to you

Suppose that you want to add new column in the asset category flex field which is the
insurance class
To edit the asset category descriptive flex field
Switch Responsibility to application developer Descriptive Segments
Search for Assets Category Flexfield
In the context field values find the Vehicle Owned Luxury Descriptive Field

Create New Value set for the segment named Vision FA insurance class with this details

Mobile number of the employee who enters this journal , here we have no columns named
employee mobile ??
Here you can use flex field to add new column to your screen beyond the oracle application
columns to be used as the employee telephone number .
Insure that this screen has the icon which means that this form may be extended by
using oracle flexfields to add new columns
To edit the flex field switch responsibility
Application Developer Flex Field Descriptive segments
Search for the Flex field
