SWORN STATEMENT

I, SLICK S. GASTON, 42 years of age, single, currently residing in Lot No.

1, Gumamela St, Italica Townhomes, Antipolo City, after having been
duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state that:

1. I am a police officer with the designation of Senior Inspector;

2. That I am assigned at Grey Area in Antipolo, Rizal;

3. That at about 11:00 in the morning, MR. TATAY N. BEAUTY,

MRS. TEA T. POTTS and MR. LUMIERE C. LIGHT came to the
unit where I was stationed;

4. That MR. TATAY N. BEAUTY, MRS. TEA T. POTTS and MR.

LUMIERE C. LIGHT was in a very alarming state;

5. That the abovementioned persons started relaying their

circumstances;

6. That the abovementioned person’s complaints were taken in as

statements for the filing of the police blotter;

7. That after the police blotter was filed and the statements were
taken in, we immediately ordered for the release of the
necessary papers required for the raid of the enchanted
mansion;

8. Upon procurement of the required papers necessary for the raid

of the enchanted palace, we, along with our policemen went
ahead to the enchanted mansion;

9. Upon arriving at the enchanted mansion where MS. BELLE N.

BEAUTY was allegedly kept, we looked around finding no signs
of her inside the mansion;

10. That when we checked the lot adjacent to the mansion, we found
a dead body with a knife stabbed on her chest;
 11. That upon positive identification of MR. TATAY N. BEAUTY, who
was with us during the time, we discovered that it was the body
of MS. BELLE N. BEAUTY;

12. That I am executing this Sworn Statement to attest to the truth of

all the foregoing statements and for whatever legal purpose it
may serve.
