At that meeting, we are prepared to discuss DEQ's determination, which is based on technical reports and other information attached to this letter, including its consideration of the factors in OAR 340-208-0310. The primary purpose of the meeting, however, is to discuss specific elements of a Best Work Practices Agreement. As stated in my letter of August 15, 2018, if a complete nuisance abatement proposal is not submitted within two months (by October 28, 2018), this matter will be referred for formal enforcement action. ‘Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to working to address the ongoing effects of the DTNA facility on the surrounding community.
