Comments on the Test Package

1. Provide list of Isometric drawing and P&ID

2. Provide weld visual inspection report or welding log
3. Fill up necessary document prior to submittal for reviewed
4. Review first the test package prior to submittal to VPCI
5. Print the document in a cleared copy and working package (as possible A3 for the
drawing and P&ID)
6. Arrange test package according to table of content
7. Indicate in the isometric drawing the highest and lowest point of pressure gauge
8. Verify support location on the isometric drawing and support tag no.
9. Valve tag not indicate on the isometric drawing
10. Identified weld mapping on the isometric drawing (welding joint number)
11. Provide pressure gauge calibration certificate used
12. Provide test manifold on site
