Dear Mr. Dhawan,

We refer to your employment application form dated - and the subsequent interview you had with us on the
March 16th , we are pleased to appoint you as Business Development Executive (BDE) , at our company with
effect from 1st April 2009 on the following terms and conditions. You are requested to sign the confirmation
immediately on receipt of this letter by endorsing the duplicate copy.

1. That you will be on probation period of three months from the date of joining.
2. You will be deemed as probationer in the absence of any confirmation letter.
3. That after the expiry of the aforesaid probation period, you will be absorbed in a permanent vacancy if
any exists, provided your performances are found up to satisfaction by the management as well as found
suitable for the post otherwise either your probation period will be extended further in writing for a
reasonable period and / or in the absence of the same , your service shall automatically stand terminated
after the expiry of the probation period.
4. That you shall be paid a consolidated salary of Rs.22,000/- per month during the period of probation
after which you will be paid a consolidated salary of Rs. 28,000- per month.
5. That during the tenure of probation period, you are liable to be transferred from one department to
another and/or to any other place and/or associate under the same management and/or the place where
the company has got the vested interested without any compensation but without affecting your existing
wage and other service conditions.
6. That you will take charge and shall be responsible for the safe custody of the company’s property given
under your control and you shall be liable to give account of the same as and when demanded. Further in
case you fail to account the same, the management shall have a right to deduct the cost of the property
lost damaged / from your salary or any amount due and payable to you from the company.
7. That you shall not any time hereafter without the management’s consent in writing, divulge to any person
or make publications, any of the accounts, transactions or the activities or the dealing of the company or
of any of the subsidiaries / associates of the company.

8. That you shall keep the management informed of the day to day developments/progress of the work
under your control and / or supervision.
9. That you shall abide by the rules and regulations of the company, if any, which are in force at present and
/ or amended from time to time or alternatively as per model standing order.
10. Although your working hours are from 9.00 am to 6.00 p.m. but the same can be changed giving due
intimation to you to this effect. Similarly, although your weekly off is on Sunday, but the same can be
changed after giving due intimations to you.
11. The company shall have a right to provide staggering off in case it starts working all the days of this
month.
12. That during your service period at any time if your work character and / or conduct are found to be
unsatisfactory of which the company shall be sold Judaic, the company shall have to terminate your
services forth with and in that case you shall not be entitled to any notice, notice pay or damage.
13. That any time in the opinion of the company which will be final in this matter, you are found guilty of
dishonestly, disobedience, disorderly behavior, negligence in-discipline, absence from the duty without
permission or any other conduct consider by the company detrimental to the interest of the organisation
of violation of one or more term of this letter. Your services can be terminated without notice/ notice
pay /compensation.
14. That we shall keep the company informed about the change in your residential address if any whether
local as well as permanent.
15. That we shall worked within the frame work of the companies structure/ policies and direction as may be
laid down / given to you by the management / establishment from time to time .
16. That we will be whole time employee of the company and will not undertake any other business/ worker
either on payment/ commission or otherwise as well as we will not appear in any examination or test
without express permission of the management in writing.
