able to:
1. Identify and explain a
few important provisions
of RA 9520
2. Check the consistency
of the coop bylaws and
articles of cooperation
with the Coop law and
its IRR
Lecture discussion 1. Introduce the topic and its
with audience relationship to the last two days'
participation training.
2. Present the legal basis of
cooperatives and other related
laws which have connection to
the topic.
3. Present sample of by-laws
and ask audience their exposure
to the cooperative's bylaws and
articles of incorporation.
4. To advise audience to check
and verify if their by-laws and
articles of incorporation are
consisitent wth what is provided
by the law.
