build the walls and floors using our Sunbloc and V-Tec systems and can be subcontracted out by any main contractor; we also
offer first hand training on all our products.
Currently ATBS builds commercial, residential , public and self build projects alike.

system Sunbloc -www.sunbloc.co.uk. Sunbloc is of a modular
size, both lightweight and robust it can be set out on site according
to plans them pump filled with concrete.
Sunbloc achieves a U-Value of 0.20W/M²K. down to 0.11W/M²K
Two or three operators can complete the walls of an average size,
single storey house in just one day, with roof construction com-
mencing the following day.

Sunbloc is suitable for insulated walls, including:

 Residential Accommodation
 Extensions
 Industrial and commercial buildings
 Basements
 Swimming pools

The exterior finish of a Sunbloc wall can be a simple render or traditional

facings such as brick, tiles, brick slips or weather/composite boarding.
Basement walls will normally be treated with solvent-free bitumen coatings
or waterproof membranes and may use waterproof concrete.

To compliment Sunbloc walls, the V-Tec floor

system-www.v-tec.gb.com has been designed
to provide a clear span, reinforced and insulated
floor.
The system combines lightweight V-Tec beams,
polystyrene infill blocks and ready mixed con-
crete to create a robust, thermally efficient con-
crete floor with an intrinsic U-Value of 0.24W/
M²K.
