Subject: Request for Approval of Extended Annual Leave Application

Dear Sir,

This is to bring your kind notice that I’m going on my annual vacation on 22nd of
December 2018. Also, be informed that my marriage is being scheduled on mid of
January 2019. And I am already eligible for 35 days for annual leave. However, since
I am only person who must do all the necessary arrangements for the wedding and
other related formal ceremonies, I kindly request you to extend my vacation period by
another 10 days (from 22-Dec-2018 to 05-Feb-2019, Total 45 days).

I hope you will take my request into consideration and grant me leaves for the dates
mentioned above.
