BIOGRAPHICAL DATA

John Patrick M. Perma was born in Dra. Olivia Salamanca Hospital located at P.

Gomez St, Cavite City, Cavite on August 05, 1996. He came from a lower middle-class

family. He is the eldest among the three children of Mr. Leonilo C. Perma, a decent

tricycle driver and Mrs. Daisy M. Perma, a freelance seamstress.

He finished his primary education at Bacao Elementary School in 2009 and his

secondary education at Governor Ferrer Memorial National High School in 2013. Now,

he’s taking up Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at the Cavite State

University- Rosario.

As a 19-year-old citizen, he wants to achieve his biggest dream and that is to

explore the whole world, learn different traditions and cultures, study more the purpose

of human existence and serve people with the best he can do. When he gets older, he will

run for the Presidency to change how the Philippines is as a nation and he will give rise to

a better leader than ever of his beloved land.

I wish to extend my deepest and sincerest gratitude to recognize the manifold

forms of succor, support, diligence and encouragement exerted throughout my training.

The overall success would not be even possible without the following:

First and foremost, the Almighty God who have given me the divine guidance,

protection, strength, knowledge, and enthusiasm which led to the success of my training

and fulfillment of this narrative report;

Dr. Camilo A. Polinga, Campus Dean, for his never-ending support,

encouragement and guidance;

Mr. Benedict M. Ferrer, Tanza Oasis Hotel and Resort’s Human Resources

Manager, for giving me an opportunity to become a real professional;

Mr. Lester Gene J. Bercasio, the Company’s Graphic Artist, in exposing my talent

and sharing his knowledge through giving enough tasks that challenged my creativity and

critical thinking skills;

To my beloved parents, for their love, financial aid, moral support, guidance and
