CHAPTER – 1
INTRODUCTION
( Introduce your Organization Study)
1.0 INTRODUCTION
An organization is a tool used by people to coordinate their actions to obtain something they
desire or value, which is to achieve their goals.
Value creation takes place at three stages: input, conversion and output. The way an
organization chooses and obtains from its environment the inputs it needs to produce goods
and services determines how much value the organization creates at the input stage. The
amount of value the organization creates is a function of the quality of skills, including the
ability to learn from and to respond to the environment.
An organization study is the systematic study and careful application of knowledge about
how people - as individuals and as groups - act within organizations.
All information pertaining to the employees was obtained through direct interviews. Various
challenges faced in the organizational study were time and availability of all employees.
Limitations of the study are access to all information will not be given, no statistical analysis
has been carried out.
