1 In our mission to keep costs as low as possible for our customers, we have innovated on making Traco and
TracSense to be long-lasting and sturdy.This allows us to reuse them over multiple events.

Being able to reuse the hardware allows us to spread our costs over a greater number of events, thus significantly

2 reducing the operating cost per event. We translate this savings to our customers in three ways –
(1) We don’t charge the organizer for SmartTrac, and no charge for the awesome features you get in SmartTrac for organizers
(2) We bear the complete costs of deployment at your show
(3) Pricing per exhibitor is kept low

3 Per this model, at the end of the trade show, we will retrieve all the Traco beacons and TracSenses. The
organizer will be liable for any lost or damaged hardware, at the rate of USD 6 per damaged Traco and
USD 100 per damaged TracSense

4 We have devised a number of ways by which we can keep hardware losses at a minimum, and even
completely eliminate the losses. The next slide talks about these ways.

Consider a typical event with : 500 exhibitors and 10,000 visitors

1,000 conference attendees If “N” = number of paying exhibitors for SmartTrac
