Harris was Assaulted 'STABBED" by a
unknown assailant.And transported to
the hospital for care.Mr.Harris stated
that he felt that the prison officials
arrange the insident to happen due to
Mr.Harris reporting to the Prison Law
on condition of his Living and
assistance by state officials.Mr.Harris
was put on a plan and sent to San
Diego and placed in the Light House
for classification for services.The fact
that being stabbed scared and placed
in a place to sleep in a Dayroom floor
of a OLD MOTEL converted for
country perpose.Mr.Harris was then
told to report to his new probation
office in El Cajon California.When his
office upon his release were Doctor
Moss and prison post release
office.Notified THE SAN DIEGO
probation office not El Cajon.
Mr.Harris then reported to the El Cajon
probation office and spoke with his
officer Torrey Churchill and was told
that the office he is reporting to is the
SEX OFFENDERS UNITE.Mr.Harris
then told her that his controlling case
is corprol punishment on
spouse.Mr.Harris was told sense his
PAST CASE of rape.He would have to
report to there unite.Mr.Harris then
asked is there any resources that was
specifically arrange for him to assist
him with his disability.And was told
NO he would have to seek it on his
on.Mr.Harris then Requested to have
his probation transferred to Texas
were all his family lives. Even though
he was a resident of Arkansas upon
his Arrest.Mr.Harris was left a house
for him and his brother's the brothers
are to care and Aid Mr.Harris
Developmental Retardation.Mr.Harris
then was told that he would have to go
to court.He was left to fend for
himself with no Aide the residence
were Mr.Harris was living.He was told
he would have to move due to his
probation conditions.And Mr. Harris
Dad lived across the street from a
elementary school.He was forced to
move into a motel because that was
the only place that would let him rent
was Motels and hotels.

ALL THIS IS BEING DONE TO

MR.HARRIS WITH NO REGARDS TO
HIS DEVEOLPMENTAL
DISABILITIES.NO TREATMENT NO AID
AND FORCED TO BE HOMELESS.
