“Influenza”
One afternoon in the emergency room of the provincial hospital in Bali, while
nurse Yuna was on duty, then there came two sisters Cindy and Shinta. The two of them
came to consult the symptoms suffered by cindy.

Shinta : “Good Afternoon.”

Nurse : “Good Afternoon sir, sit down please.”
Shinta : “Oke, thanks.”
Nurse : “I’m nurse Yuna, may I know your name sir ?
(give a sweet smile)
Shinta : “My name is Shinta, and she is my younger sister, her name is Cindy.”
Nurse : “What can i do for you ?”
Shinta : “My sister feel not so good, I think theres something wrong with her.”
Nurse : “What are your symptoms ?”
(looking on Cindy’s face with smile)
Cindy : “I have a fever, flu, and headache.”
Nurse : “How long have you had that symptomps ?”
Cindy : “Since yesterday morning, when I woke up, I felt that my head so heavy, I
can’t stood up and even I can’t took a bath because my boody was so hot.”
Nurse : “Oh I’m sorry to hear that, wait a minute please, for more detail I will call the
doctor.”
Shinta : “Oh yes please.”

After a few minute, the Doctor is entering the room.

Nurse : “Ms.Shinta and Cindy this is the Doctor.”
Doctor : “Good Afternoon, I am a doctor here, my name is Sonya.”
(gretting)
Shinta : “Good Afternoon, my name is Shinta and she is my sister.”
(gretting)
Cindy : “My name is Cindy.”
Doctor : “Oke Ms. Cindy, take a look, open wide! Hmm, your throat is pretty red. Oke I
will give you a prescription and for the details you may be ask to Ns Yuna,
because I have something really important to do, I am sorry.”
Cindy : “Yes, its oke doc.”
Doctor : “Ns.Yuna, this patient has influenza, so please advise her to immediately buy
the medication I have prescribed and take a lot of rest.”
Nurse : “Oh oke doc, thankyou.”
Doctor : “Good Afternoon, get well soon to Ms. Cindy.”
Cindy : “Thankyou doc.”
Shinta : “So what about my sister? What’s wrong with her ?.”
Nurse : “Your sister got influenza, The flu is a contagious ilness that is caused by
viruses.”
Shinta : “Why influenza can become?”
Nurse : “Influenza can become because respiratory viruses invade the lining of the
nose, throat and lungs, according to Nagpal causing the cells to become
inflamed. That prompts the release of enzymes, fluids and immune cells to
fight off infection, and the body starts producing more secretions than normal.
It all adds up to some of the hallmark symptomps of fever or cold, a runny
nose and headache. When the airways are clogged, you can’t breathe in right,
your sinuses get heavy and you head is not as buoyant. That’s why you get a
headache.”
Shinta : “Oh thankyou Ns. Yuna, for providing this useful information for me and my
sister.”
Nurse : “Oh yes of course and for your prescription the doctor gave to you. Take it to
any drug store and they will give you some pills that you need to take rest for
5 days. You should completely well by then.”
Cindy : “Thanks, I also wish I felt better. I guess I’ll go home.”
Shinta : “Well, Thankyou Ns.Yuna.”
Nurse : “You are welcome and get well soon.”
