• Robot to be installed on DE120 J&J Lid mould
• Quotation of R236 108 received to modify old robot to meet
requirements
• Additional costs could include a new conveyor for the system at
roughly R65 000
• Expect saving of one packer per shift. Three heads to be
removed in total.
• Labour saving of R 14 890 per month (R 178 680 pa) based on
current load
• Pay back expected within 20 months based on labour saving
(Conversion + Conveyor)
