OGTech, an affiliate of the acclaimed Osman Group, is a systems integration company specializing in providing RFID
solutions. Projects Engineers are responsible for the following;

- Managing projects from conception, pre-production through to completion.

- Providing technical support to the projects team and wider regional teams.
- Responsible for overseeing the review, initiation and execution of contracts.
- Managing projects’ budgets and keeping costs down.
- Overseeing the maintenance of the project after completion.

I was allocated in the utility management department especially in spare parts warehouse. My project was all about
applying 5S concept in the warehouse to optimize the following:
- More storage capacity by better utilization of space
- Easier Operational way to find items in less time
- Better ergonomically working space

- Surveying the least efficient production area.

- Testing Lean Manufacturing Methodology Tools for improving productivity.
