Legal Notice

Mr. Zahack Tanvir

Sir,
I do hereby issue the following notice to you as follows:
1 I have received information from different sources that through your account
on social media such as Facebook, Twitter etc, you are posting degradory &
defamatory material with intent to create enmity, hatred among different sub
sects, communities and organizations in Muslims society & to drive wedge
between them.
2 You are leaving no stone unturned to turn one different sect, communities and
organizations against each another with intentions to cause division between
them and to destroy the the diversity and unity of Muslims community which
may lead to riot like situations in future.
3 On March 26 2018, through your Facebook page Zahack Tanvir, you accused
shia and Barelvis and sufi of blasphemy and apostasy.
4 On August 2016, through Facebook page you mocked and made fun of
Barelvi and Deobandis belief and called their books bible with intentions to
promote hatred against them.
5 On February 2018, you accused the leading Muslim students organizations
SIO of being promoting freemasonic sign with intentions to defame and malign
their reputation among Muslims community.
6 On May 8 2015, through your Facebook page Zahack Tanvir, you accused
Jamaat e islami of serving the agenda of Iran.
7 On June 9 2018, you mocked the rituals of sub shia sects Bohra in order to
create hatred among others Muslim sects/ communities against them.
8 On August 4 2018 you accuse whole kashmiri communities of being
Mukhbaristan(land of Insider).

9 On 16 August 2016, you made allegations against Jamaat E Islami of

promoting terrorism in the name of revolution by sharing video of some random
cleric.
10 On 25 August 2018, through your Facebook page you accuse Jamaat E
Islami of having links with banned groups SIMI, SIMI being its militant group
which is totally false and derogatory.
11 On August 2018, you posted defamatory and derogatory allegations that
Jamaat E Islami have roots in Fascists Nazi ideology.
12 On 27 August, you mocked and accused the Jamaat e Islami social volunteer
social act of cleaning temple in the name of votes bank politics, which was done
to maintain social harmony between them rather than vote bank politics.
12 On 6 September,through personal Facebook profile Abu Talha Zahack you
accuse Jamaat E Islami of advocate of terrorism under pretence of peace.
13 On 14 September, you accused whole shia sects of being fire worshipper.
14 It is clear from perusal of above content, content hosted on each of these
websites are ex-facie scurrilous, defamatory, prejudicial to the maintenance of
harmony between different religions and communities, likely to cause fear and
generate a feeling of insecurity amongst members of different sects of Muslims
communities. Through you social media accounts, you are intent to create
enmity and hatred between different Muslims sects and organizations of
Muslims communities which is criminal act under Indian Penal Code 1860.
15 Hence I shall be filling a complaint against you in the Honourable court.
You shall be entitled to answers all such allegations in the court. I shall also be
filing suit for restrain. A copy of notice is kept in my office for record and
further necessary action and you are also advised to keep the copy of same as
you would be asked to produce in the court.
