3) Worked as Manager in BYS Retail (Retails & FMCG Dist) from 02/05/2014 –
24/04/2016.
Managing day to day activity like analyzing the Escalation mails, Volume allocation and
ensure quality monitoring.
Manages Charge Back dispute cases pertain to Amex, Discover, Private Label, VISA &
Master cards, accordingly get in touch with stakeholder and get the appropriate document
pertain to dispute and verify before submitting to concerned franchises.
Responsible for PRM (Proactive Risk Management system) & Accosa system – to
monitor the decline and risk activity on card.
Manages a volume of Client Query such as High, Medium & Low complexity based on
the importance.
Monitoring AML activities, Keep a close tag on the excess balance refund from credit
card to Customer.
Monitoring MCC (Merchant category code) bases on the card usage and corporate needs,
also performing the maintenance activities on Cards – updating demographic details,
activation, cancellation, reissuance etc.
Issuance of Travel Currency cards in foreign currency and maintenance of records and
queries related to it (Forex cards).
Monitoring CPS (Corporate portal service) – newly launched application, need to keep a
track of corporate maintenance (Green PIN, Card activation, Hot listing cards etc.)
Coordinate with BSG (Business Solution group) and Ensure proper communication of
process updates if any, preparing training documents, competition of mandatory &
personal development training and educate new joiners as well as best practice sharing.
Preparing MIS and project metrics on daily basis and maintaining the dashboard, the
same has been reported to top management as and when required.
Monitor Mail Flow 24/7, if required based on certain conditions, need to raise call log
with IT Helpdesk for immediate resolution.
Develop and implement strategic merchandising plans to achieve revenue objectives and
reduce expenditures while ensuring payroll remains within budget.
Supervise and engendering accountability for store results and staff performance. Also
ensure of checking the expiry product and vendor management.
