JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF HEIRSHIP WITH WAIVER

We, ZENONA M. BAG-AO, NARCISO M. BAG-AO, FIRMA M. BAG-AO AND

JACINTA B. BALOCO, all Filipinos, of legal ages, and residents of Graham Avenue, Booy
District, Tagbilaran City, Bohol,Philippines after having been duly sworn to in accordance to
law, hereby depose and say:

1.) That we are the legal heirs of the late CLEOFAS BAG-AO, the declared owner of a
certain parcel of land designated as Lot No. 3820 Cad 342-D situated at Sta.Cruz
Batuan, Bohol covered by Tax Declaration No. 2016-07-0015-0047 containing an
area of SEVEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY NINE (7,839) SQUARE
METERS more or less;

2.) That said CLEOFAS BAG-AO died on July 17, 1961;

3.) That NARCISO M. BAG-AO is presently processing an application for a permit to

transport of the Mahogany Lumbers planted to the said land from Sta. Cruz, Batuan
to Tagbilaran City, Bohol;

4.) That we, ZENONA M. BAG-AO, FIRMA M. BAG-AO AND JACINTA B. BALOCO,
hereby waived our rights over the cutting of Mahogany Lumbers on the said parcel of
land in favor to our co-heir NARCISO M. BAG-AO;

5.) That said Mahogany Lumbers are for personal use only;

6.) That we are executing this affidavit freely and voluntarily to the best of our
knowledge and belief attesting to the truth of the foregoing statements that ZENONA
M. BAG-AO, FIRMA M. BAG-AO and JACINTA B. BALOCO waived their rights
over the cutting of Mahogany Lumbers in favor of NARCISO BAG-AO and for
whatever legal purposes this may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, We have hereunto affixed our signatures this 24th day of
April 2018 in the City of Tagbilaran, Philippines.
