Dear American Airlines Recruitment Staff

I am interested in the GUA Airport Agent (Part Time) as advertised
in www.jobs.aa.com.
I am currently working in my pre-graduate thesis in order to become an archaeologist
but in the meantime I do have free time that I would like to invest wisely and for me a
job in American Airlines would fulfill that wish.
Having studied in an American school such as Colegio Decroly Americano gave me the
opportunity to learn not only the English language but the culture that speaks it. For this
reason, my English comprehending skills are high and I believe that this knowledge is
crucial for this position since customer service representatives need to relate in the best
possible manner to the customers that they are dealing with.
Not being able to do things right for both the customer and the company, at this crucial
moment, will probably drive our potential customer to another airline and this is not
acceptable. This is the reason why a job as a Customer Service Representative is so
important and needs agents that are able to listen and respond accordingly when the
customer needs it.
I believe I have the skills necessary in order to perform this job in an excellent manner
and I am confident that my skills will prove useful, if selected for the position, to
provide customers the best possible experience regardless of any reason.
