This project provided me with the opportunity to utilize my engineering skills and exposed me to learn

the managerial skills. It thoroughly tested my technical skills and also enhanced my analytical skills. On
the whole the project taught me to meet objectives in spite of many constraints. The project helped me
gain the following competencies:

This project was the first of its kind that was executed by our hospitals. Working close wih finance Due
to the success of this project, I got a lot of appreciation from the higher authorities. During the project
also, I was recognized by the management and got good increments in the form of short-term bonuses.
This was a good learning experience for me and helped me enhance my technical, management, and

CE1.16 The project was very significant for my engineering course and it required comprehensive
demonstration of managerial, technical, and professional skills in planning, executing and reporting on
an approved engineering project within a stipulated time. I enhanced my project management expertise
and sharpened my research skills. I learnt methods of data collection and synthesis of vital technical
details from all resources to produce novel designs in the project. I also got an opportunity to be
acquainted with the professional-standard technical documents. I improved my communication and
coordination skills. It was a great opportunity and I would use these skills in my future projects.

Summary

The project played significant role in refining my skills as Electronics & Communications Engineer. In the
course of this work a lot of trials were encountered like the choice & design of antenna. I did research
and solved the hindrance according to my technical knowledge. I gained extensive knowledge of GSM
systems & jammers during this project. Also my working as a team leader was improved and I felt ready
to face challenges in the professional career.

Working on such a project was beneficial for me as I learnt a lot in terms of dealing with other
departments, consultants and various major clients. I was able to overcome numerous problems arising
on site. Solving the problems gave a boost to my managerial and technical skills in all aspects of
designing, planning and execution of large projects. Working with this organisation was an extremely
rich experience for my career , I was able to understand Electrical Engineering in depth, and to apply

Working on such a project for almost one and half year - throughout the project life cycle has enhanced

16. Duties and tasks delegated to me are very diverse. So I have to demonstrate my knowledge both in
the engineering and non-engineering fields. I apply all the obtained knowledge and try to get the new
information about latest techniques, equipment and mechanisms. Usually my personal role contributed
to a project is to carry out a main ( principle) part of a design. To the present time all the designs carried
out by me solved all the tasks successfully.

d) Summary.

14. The design I carried out met all the environmental protection and safety requirements. In this design
I managed to calculate, estimate and select equipment and structures so that they completely fulfilled
all the engineering tasks given by the customer. The replacement of the present equipment allowed to
remove the defects, revealing during the process of maintenance. The design was approved by and co-
ordinated with the customer. The work resulted in signing the contract for carrying out the operation
supporting documentation of this object by our institute

12. In this design many tasks and problems were accomplished. They are closely connected with water-
supply, water draining, sewage treatment, environmental protection of the designed object. Developing
this design, I managed to apply all my knowledge and skills of a construction engineer. The design was
approved and co-ordinated by the customer

Summary

This project was completed and handed over to the customer with the scheduled time committed to the
customer. Customer was delighted with our service delivery. I implemented the cost cutting in every
possible way to execute the project at a low cost and I had done it successfully. I completed the project
within the estimated cost and increased the profitability. I applied my engineering knowledge acquired
during the course of my studies and my experience and I resolved the technical issues in an effective
way. Also I developed and nurtured my leadership quality by leading the team of engineers. This project
had taught me the team spirit and team management tactics. I learnt lot of technical and commercial
knowledge from this project execution. I implemented several standard operating procedures for the
smooth installation of the system and it had shown positive outcome. I used the six sigma tools to
develop these procedures. So I decided to implement the same in the forthcoming projects. I spent
considerable amount of time in this project execution, this had opened opportunities to learn new
engineering and management skills to a great extent. I consider this project execution as an important
milestone in my career in bio medical instrumentation field. P.E.1.24

In This project I had an opportunity to enhance my both technical and managerial skills. I had working
through the full cycle of the project .starting from preparing specifications, selecting supplier, following
up the manufacturing, supervising the assembly and commissioning, and finally submitting the technical
