with the best of his abilities; not shy
● Personal Weakness: Struggles to communicate; stands up and
walks away without notice; short-attention span; repetition of
words and actions

Treatment Plans (Goals and Objectives)
Goal 1: To improve social interaction skills
● Objective 1.1: By the end of 2 weeks, pt. will greet, introduce himself,
and state each therapist name once to the therapist at the beginning and
end of each bi-weekly session.
● Objective 1.2: During the 45-minute activity, pt. will role play with the
therapist at least 2 times a day for at least 10 minutes.

Goal 2: To increase awareness and attention span


● Objective 2.1: During the 45-minute session, pt. will state at least three
topics to the therapist what he has learned within the course of every 15
minutes 2x.
● Objective 2.2: By the end of the session, pt. will be able to verbalize at
least two topics to the therapist what he has learned on that day.
