Second Case Observed

When I entered the courtroom it was somewhat chaotic. Four people were standing
namely, the defense counsel, the prosecutor, the witness, and a police officer. They were
all trying to find the chain of custody form.

The witness was testifying to the existence of said chain of custody and evidence.
The defense mentions that this is the first time that the form was presented to the court
and that the previous form was for drug related items and that the recent one was for the
non-drug related items.

The Judge would comment on things unrelated to the case, like the rank of the
officer of who submitted the evidence was formerly SPO3 in 2015 now he is SPO1.

During the cross-examination by the defense, the counsel asked why this was only
submitted to court now when the case was filed two years ago. The witness admitted that
the failure to submit the evidence was a mistake on his part
