MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME

TO FILE COUNTER AFFIDAVIT

Comes now, the undersigned respondent (Jayson Cabal), respectfully

asking for an extension of time to file the Counter-Affidavit, and in support
thereof respectfully states:

1. That I am the respondent on the above-case.

2. That On September 4, 2018, I have received the subpoena and

thus has until September 25, 2018 to submit my counter-
affidavit.

3. However, due to lack of proper education and assistance of

proper counsel, said counter-affidavit could not be filed within
the fifteen (15) day period.

4. As such, I am constrained to request for an additional fifteen (15)

days, or until October 16, 2018, within which to file the counter-
affidavit and other supporting documents. Moreover, this
additional time will also allow me to look for a counsel of my
own choice to assist me in on this case.

5. This motion is not intended for delay but is solely due to the
foregoing reasons.

WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed unto this Honorable Office that

the foregoing motion be granted.

Other reliefs just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
