Amdocs provides a unique, experience-backed service
offering to support operators in the operations of
the newly deployed network and services. Much of
the operational process will be set on optimization to
continuously drive efficiency, enhance automation and
improve customer experience.
IT Platform operations
Running the IT platforms including the orchestration

design (NFV, SDN), planning of autonomous network
operations and network monitoring (health, incidents,
changes, SLAs, events, etc.).
Managing launched services, adjusting network policies
based on operational experience, and improving
operations – including network and IT activities.
VNF change management
Maintain VNFs, including new versions and patches.
Identify VNF updates to address operational needs and
ensure readiness.
