Task Description:

All students will participate in pre and post unit basic skill testing activities during PE lessons to demonstrate
competence and improvement of skills in a variety of necessary aspects of sport.

You will need to demonstrate effective communication skills with peers to assist in developing these skills during
both testing and throughout the unit. This will show your understanding of the SOI.

Part A: (Criteria C)
You will engage in a range of modified and alternate games throughout the unit where you will be assessed based
on your overall ability to apply and perform.

Part B: (Criteria D)
You will need to complete a reflective task which will allow you to reflect and express upon ways of improving
physical performance and communication skills through this unit of work. You should do this in the form of an
oral presentation, which should go for a minimum of 3 minutes and a maximum of 6 minutes. This task can be any
one of the following:
- In class speech
- Interview
- Recorded MP3 Audio File
- Any other oral format which you may like to use. Please check with Mr. Zaccaria first.

Some important things to consider for Part B are:
- What were your strengths and weaknesses?
- How can you enhance your strengths even further?
- How can you work on improving your weaknesses?
- How could you design a plan or strategy/s to target certain areas of weakness? What could you
specifically do?

Completing a draft may help you further with this task.
