AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT AND GUARANTY

I, ZSA ZSA PADILLA, of legal age, Filipino, single and with postal address
at 11 Don Quijote Street, Pasig City, Metro Manila, after having been duly sworn
to in accordance with law, hereby depose and say:

That I am a businesswoman and have my merchandising enterprise, ZSA

Enterprise with business address at Yayamin Building, Escriva Drive, Ortigas
Center, Pasig City;

That my youngest daughter, ZIA QUIZON, together with his friend,

KEANA VALENCIANO are planning to visit the United States this coming
December 2018 for a stay of two to three weeks to visit our sole surviving
maternal uncle in San Diego, California;

That I shall shoulder and defray all their travelling expenses including
airfare, hotel accommodation, travel allowance and pocket money during their
entire stay in the United States as my Christmas gift to both of them and as an
expression of my gratitude for their love, care and thoughtfulness;

That I vouch and guarantee that in no instance shall they be a burden of

the country State that they are visiting and that they shall immediately depart on
or before the expiration of their authorized stay.

I am executing this Affidavit of Support and Guarantee to attest to the

foregoing facts and circumstances and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
