Principal:
-busy time, and for parents to watch the week at a glance
-personal- new Vice Principal Camilla Bhandari
- need hire 8 new teachers
-5 full time, ½ time, and full time teacher for both fine arts and
resources
-lost and found needs be checked
-athletics coming up
-rugby
-district track and field
-primary sports day
-Grade 7’s
-visit Quamichan
-try a trade
-opportunity meet other grade 7’s from feeder schools
-BC Summer Games
 -Maple Bay is a host site
-need site captain (“house mom”)
-Huge thank you for Spring Fair
-will teachers have class start up for next year, also field trips and agendas
-going to discuss in New Business
-projects 15 divisions with total number of students to be about 337

Treasurer:
-Spring Fair $6400 after expenses
-General Account $26 000
-Term Deposit due September 24this $6600

-PAC 101 was broken into session

-if need buy by PAC will asses in fall

New Business:
Teacher Requests
-renew AR and IXL
-AR is $2679, Amy (Byford) motions, Jas (Doman) seconds all approved
-IXL $662 for Div 1-11, PAC would like more information and does not
need to be renewed until November 2018

-Start up fees
-$200/ class
-15 divisions, library, office, learning assistance, music/fine arts; Amy
(Byford) motions Jas (Doman) seconds all approve
-$500/field trips
-can’t answer until September because need see how much get from
gaming grant
