Year End Accomplishment Report

I. STUDENTS DEVELOPMENT

1. Organized Class and HRPTA officers

2. Measured the student’s performance through the quarterly tests

3. Monitored students’ absences, tardiness and performances in every subject

4. Conducted a dialogue to students with poor performances

5. Enriched the students skills in Mathematics through various activities

6. Monitored students group task activities that helped them mastered and improved different
skills in mathematics

7. One hundred percent of the class is promoted

II. STAFF DEVELOPMENT

1. Attended faculty meetings held in school for development

2. Attended the Cluster INSET

3. Initiated Co-curricular activities such as Cluster Math Camp and Leadership Training

4. Served as MathSmart Coordinator

5. Served as coach of students contestants in Math ( Math Puzzle, and MTAP)

6. Served as the over-all chairman during the cluster Math Camp and Leadership Training

7. Served as the overall chairman during Completion Rites

8. Participated in the Teachers Convention held in Legaspi City

9. Showed cooperation with co-teachers

III. CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT

1. Prepared Daily Lesson Logs based from the Learning Competencies

2. Used instructional materials to facilitate effective teaching

 3. Prepared reports, forms, and other paper works

4. Utilized activities to developed cooperative learning

5. Learning plans were utilized for effective teaching and learning

6. Assessed lesson to determine desired outcomes

7. Adopted memos and guidelines in planning school activities and programs

IV. PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT

1. Had beautify the classroom by putting up EBI

2. Helped maintain the orderliness and cleanliness of the classroom and school grounds

3. Provided the classroom with wall fans and trash cans

V. COMMUNITY LINKAGES

1. Participated in the BRIGADA ESKWELA 2017

2. Attended General PTA meetings

3. Encouraged parents involvement in different school activities and programs
