to be able complete my On-the-job training and prepare this report within the scheduled time.

First and foremost i woud like to expresse my deepet appreciation to Engr. Norman Bramley De

Guzman (Project Engineer), Engr. Ashley Grafilo (Assistant Project Engineer) and Engr. Amiel Christian

Pasadilla (Assistant Project Engineer) for their generous support, for teaching us many things to be apply in

our future life and for sharing some of their experiences. Their guidance, suggestions and ecourgement

provides me necessary insight and paved the way fo the meaningful ending in this traning. Second, I would

like to thank my family for giving me all the support I need to accomplish this prcticum, and to fullfill my dream

of becoming a Civil Engineer.
