Subject: Quotation for Job PHP Script

Hi!
We are very pleased to submit our quote for the subject script as follows:

I. Property Time Line

1 1. You have a login ID for recruiter/employer; we are looking for two : 55,000.00 30 To 40
separate IDs. One would be for our internal recruitment team and Days
one would be for our clients.
a. Internal Recruitment team – They are either our employees or our
recruitment partners. They would have the liberty to add job seekers
into the database. Though, not all will have access to the database.
They would be able to see all job posts and assign candidates to the
postings.
b. Clients – These are the companies for whom we do the recruitments.
We would want this panel to act as a recruitment channel for them,
where they would be able to see their job posts, our forwarded
candidates, interview status, joining status on the candidates, salary
offered etc.
i. Though they would be able to see the candidates we have shortlisted
for them, they would not be able to mail or SMS them on their own.
They can only put comments on the profiles for us and we would do
the needful. If however, they have purchased the job posts and SMS
solution, they would be able to contact the candidates directly.
ii. They would have the option of rejecting candidates online, which will
then come to recruiter assigned for final approval, who will then mail
the candidate of the final status

2. Job Seeker changes required

a. We would like to create mobile number as the index for
the database of job seekers, so that job seekers are
searchable by the mobile number

We should be able to upload job seekers/Client database using 3,000.00 10 - 15 Days

excel upload. Only admin / internal recruiter users (if assigned) to
have this authority
Can we send job postings to candidates through SMS and take 3,500.00 10 - 15 Days
their application via SMS only. Maybe by assigning codes to job
posting and they sending back their application through their
registered mobile no. as a reply to the message sent ("Yes" if
interested else ignore). Standard charges to the candidate will
apply. we can get the 5/6 digit code activated from our SMS

Excel download of profiles should not be activated and admin 5,000.00 10 - 15 Days
would have the privilege to assign this to selected users only. This
would apply to client and recruitment partners both. Database
access would also be possible only for authorized users – This
feature is already there in the website
3. Rights options for internal recruitment team / Clients
a. Database access – Yes/No
b. Resume Downloads excel – Yes/No – Numbers
c. Job Postings – Yes/No – Numbers
d. Able to see contact details or able to contact job seekers
who have applied to the job postings – Yes/No
e. SMS – Yes/No – Numbers
f. Emails – Yes/No – Numbers

The candidates which are entered by internal recruitment team 1,000.00 10 - 15 Days
will continue to show as their candidate. These would also be
mapped against the UserID of the person entering it. Incase, a
user was already present in the database, and the internal
recruitment team has entered parameters to the ID, then again, it
will start showing as their ID.
Whenever a job is posted on the site, the rights would be assigned 2,000.00 10 - 15 Days
by an admin person to a client and to a recruitment person
(multiple possible). Only the assigned users will be able to see the
response to the job postings.
The CVs that a candidate posts on our site, when it is downloaded 2,000.00 10 - 15 Days
from our site, our logo would get attached in the header. Is it
possible to download it in pdf format only, with our logo on top?
Refer friends 5,000.00 5 Days
Audio file upload for the job seekers 2,500.00 10 - 15 Days
Note:
1. The above Rate is based on all the points if some points are removed then we have to revise
Complete the Quotation.
2. Once Payment done work will start.
Payment Terms: 100% advance at the time of placing the purchase.

VI. Our Terms and Conditions:

1. Validity: Our Offer is valid for a period of 15 Days from the date of this quotation. However, should there be any
change in the above rates will be intimated to you at the time of placing the purchase order.
