AFFIDAVIT OF TAX EXEMPTION

I, Angel Locsin, of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of Manila,
Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law do hereby
depose and say:

1. That I am the mother of Liza Soberano, a Grade 7 student at Ateneo

University;

2. That one of the requirements for the scholarship program of my daughters is

the Income Tax Return;

3. That I am unemployed and had no fixed income to augment our standard of

living and my daughters’ grandfather was the one supporting their financial
needs for their studies;

4. That I do not own any real or conjugal property or any landholding that is
registered in my name;

5. That I have three (3) dependent children who also depend to their
grandfather their financial needs and studies;

6. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

statements and for whatever legal purpose it may serve her.
