Are you interested in being a sponsor for the event for a nominal donation? Check the item(s)
you are interested in sponsoring and please enclose a check made payable to the Crestwood
Rec & Wellness Center in the amount(s) listed below. As you will notice, there is more than one
opportunity per event that can be sponsored by a business/organization. A large poster
indicating that your business/organization is a sponsor will be posted in several locations
throughout the event, on flyers to parents, announcement recognition at the event and
recognition on the Rec Centers Facebook page.
