Statement of the Problem

This study aimed to find out the ways of teachers from selected schools to reform
their professionalism for their students (millennials) during the academic year 2018-
2019.

Specifically, the study sought answers to the following questions below:

1. What are the demographic profiles of the respondents in terms of:


1.1 age;
1.2 gender;
1.3 civil status;
1.4 highest educational attainment;
1.5 number of years in teaching;
1.6 subject taught; and
1.7 relevant trainings/seminars attended?

2. What pedagogical techniques are used by the respondents in teaching their


students?

3. In what ways can the respondents reform their professionalism for their
students?

4. What problems are encountered by the respondents related to teaching their


students in terms of:
4.1 Classroom setting; and
4.2 Students’ behavior towards learning?

5. How may the problems encountered by the respondents be addressed?
