PRAISE REPORTS:
 Praise the Lord for safe travels for Evangelist
Randy and Shirley Starr.
 Praise God for godly grandparents who provide
for our boys a good example to follow. We also
thank God for their love and prayers.
 Praise God for a spiritually fruitful visit and
ministry both to the believers and to the
unsaved friends by the Starrs.
 Praise the Lord for allowing us to see two souls
saved and four believers receive Christian bap-
tism.
 Praise Him for young believers desiring to learn
and apply what they learn from the Bible.
 Praise the Lord for the generous love-gift that
the children of Mountain Valley Baptist Church
in Challis, ID (Pastor Sinz) gave to help with our
children’s Sunday School ministry.
 Praise the Lord for the improvements that we
have seen in our children’s Sunday School clas-
ses and also in our adult/teen Sunday School
class.
PRAYER REQUESTS:
 Pray for the safe return of the Starrs to the
USA.
 Pray for the growth of the new converts.
 Pray for the word of God to continue to burn in
the hearts of our regular attenders and guests.
 Pray that we may learn to walk worthy of the
Lord. To be pleasing unto all. To be fruitful in
every good work. And to increase in our
knowledge of God. (Col. 1:10)
 Pray for our up-coming “Evening of Thanksgiv-
ing” on Nov. 28. We desire to instill in our peo-
ple a spirit of prayer and thankfulness.

The Blessings of a Baptismal Service:
In God’s time, we were able to see four believers obey the Lord in believers baptism.
Each one of them were able to share a clear testimony of their faith in the Lord Jesus
Christ. God is good! Evangelist Randy Starr (who is also sent by our sending church)
was able to help and what makes this special is that he was able to baptize Joe, his
grandson. I know that Grandpa and Grandma Starr have fasted and prayed for the
salvation of both of our boys. What a double bless-
ing to be able share in this God-honoring event.
Now, you know as Baptists, we cannot function
without food and friendliness. So following the bap-
tismal service, we enjoyed an evening of feasting
and recalling the things we learned in the adult/teen
Sunday School and AM service. You may listen to

The Blessings of an Evangelistic Service:
On Sunday morning, Oct. 21. Dr. Starr preached a message on Evidences of Salva-
tion. A lady (Ms. Lowela) and her 5 year old son came that morning. She came for-
ward at the invitation to be dealt
with concerning salvation. Also,
another lady (Hannah) also came
forward. Both of them were dealt
with individually, and both of them
received Jesus into their hearts. God
Sis. Lot,& our new sister in Christ,
Lowela, and her son Lathan Hannah and Mrs. Starr is good! Hannah attended the Satur-
day ladies get-together with Mrs.
Starr. God blessed His Word by saving two precious souls. Please pray that they will
continue to grow in the grace of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
The Blessings of Family: WT and Joe got to spend quality
time with their grandparents. I am amazed that the grandpar-
ents have the energy to put up with these rambunctious boys.
I am even more thankful to God for blessing us with godly
influences. We treasure the family that God has given us.
