Her name is Mrs. Lastri” Nurse : “What makes you come to this hospital?” Patient : “ I want to check my stomach sir, I feel so pain in my stomach and i think there is a problem. It makes me worried so i come to this hospital”

Nurse : “What do you think about your health?” Patient : “ I think my health is passably before, but for now my stomach ache so disturbing me and make me uncomfortable” Nurse : “Would you tell me about your fecal elimination?” Patient : “I think my fecal elimination in good condition.
