Eligibility All healthy, trained dogs 15 months and over are eligible to compete in the PURE Dog Intro

tro Jumpers,
Hoops and Tunnellers classes. In order to compete in the Regular Agility and Snooker Classes, dogs must be 18
months and older. Bitches in heat are allowed to compete and must wear panties inside the building on the turf.
PURE wants to accommodate special needs dogs with quieter scheduled times and less people. We want ALL dogs to
compete and succeed!

All dogs must register with PURE Dog Agility (to obtain a Dog ID number) prior to entering a trial.

Any dog entering FEO (for exhibition only) does not need an ID number, but cannot place or qualify.

LEVELS The INTRO Level is an introductory level for every class. The INTRO level is for any dog which has not yet
earned any PURE certification in a particular class. Dogs may start any class at either the Intro or Novice level. The
Intro level courses will be at an introductory level of challenge. The max height a dog may jump at the Intro Level is
16 inches

The NOVICE level is an entry level for every class. The Novice level is for any dog which has not yet earned any PURE
certification in a particular class. Dogs may start an class at either the Intro or Novice level. An Intro title is not
required for entry at the Novice Level.

The OPEN level is the middle level for every class. A Novice Title in that particular class must be earned before entry
is allowed at the Open level.

The ELITE level is the highest and most advanced level for every class A Novice title and an Open level title in that
particular class must be earned before entry is allowed at the Elite level.

DIVISIONS The Standard division is for dogs under 9yrs of age. Dogs in this division are given an allocated standard
course time (SCT)

The Veteran division is open to dogs 7yrs of age and older. Dogs in this division are given an allocated Veteran course
time

The Junior Handler division is for handlers who are 17yrs and younger. Dogs in this division are given an allocated
Junior Handler course time.

Categories Each Class will be split into two Categories, Proficient and Skilled. A dog may be entered in one
category per weekend trial

In the Proficient Category, dogs must jump their ‘measured’ jump height (what we would consider as a regular jump
height for that dog), per the current jump height table

In the Skilled Category dogs must jump a height lower then they are required to jump in the Proficient category and
will receive the benefit of additional time for that jump height. If the dog is also a Veteran or if there is Jr. Handler,
they can jump another 4” lower for a combined 8” and received the allotted times for the corresponding jump
heights.

In consideration of the acceptance of this entry by PURE Dog Agility & Training and the opportunity to have the Dog participate,
compete in and/or be judged at this event or trial I, the undersigned, agree as follows:

1. I certify that I am the actual owner of the Dog, or that I am the duly authorized agent of the actual owner of the Dog and that
the Dog is not a hazard to persons, property or other dogs.

2. I agree that PURE Dog Agility & Training for the Event may refuse my entry for any reason that it deems to be sufficient.

3. I understand and acknowledge that participation in the Event carries certain risks, including, but not limited to injuries
(including serous injuries and death) to myself, the Dog, another dog under my control or persons attending as my guests (my
“Related Parties”), damage to property and other losses. I waive any and all claims that I have or may have in the future against,
and release from all liability and agree not to sue PURE Dog Agility & Training, or any of the directors, executives, committees,
representatives, employees, volunteers or agents of PURE Dog Agility & Training (the “Personnel”) for any injury, death, property
damage or other loss that I or my Related Parties sustain due to any cause whatsoever, including negligence, breach of contract,
breach of duty, statutory or otherwise, or mistakes or errors of judgment of any kind.

4. I assume full responsibility for the conduct of myself and my Related Parties during the entirety of the Event. I agree to
indemnify and save harmless PURE Dog Agility and the Personnel from and against any and all claims that may be made against
them or costs, fees, expenses or liability (including, without limitation, lawyers’ fees on a solicitor and own client basis) incurred
by PURE Dog Agility, or the Personnel that may arise due to: (a) any act or omission of myself, my Related Parties or any party for
whom I am liable at law; or (b) aggressive behaviour by the Dog or any other dog under my control.

5. I have read, and do understand the rules of competition and the additional rules (if any) appearing in the trial schedule for the
Event, as well as the policies of PURE Dog Agility pertaining to discipline (collectively, the “Rules”). I agree to abide by the Rules
and to conduct myself and the Dog in accordance with the Rules. I understand that myself and/or the Dog may be subject to
disciplinary procedures or sanctions for breach of the Rules and agree to respect and be bound by any disciplinary decision made
by PURE Dog Agility.

6. I understand that PURE Dog Agility may, in the course of administering the Event or conducting its activities generally, collect,
use or disclose my personal information and that any personal information collected, used or disclosed by PURE Dog Agility will
be treated in accordance with PURE Dog Agility policy and applicable privacy and personal information laws. I hereby consent to
the collection, use and disclosure by PURE Dog Agility of my personal information. Media Release & Rights of Privacy Waiver I
Hereby Grant to PURE Dog Agility and its affiliated companies, representatives, agents and assigns, all rights and permission to
use or appropriate his/her and their dog’s name, biography, likeness, photograph, voice, performing persona, or other indicia of
identity for broadcast, telecast, cablecast, transmission or distribution in any format or media known now or in the future.
Waiver of Rights to Privacy, Publicity & Personality Further, I hereby release PURE Dog Agility, and its affiliates, representatives,
agents and assigns from any claim or cause of action for invasion of the rights of privacy, right of publicity, right of personality, or
any similar rights.

7. I have been given the opportunity to read and understand the terms of this Agreement before signing it, and have in fact done
so. I understand that by signing this Agreement, I am restricting my legal rights and I sign this Agreement voluntarily and of my
