JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO (2)

DISINTERESTED PARTIES

We, Name and name, all [citizenship], of legal age, married

and widow, respectively, and residents of Xeno, after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:

1. That we know TONY STARK and GOMORA MARVEL of Gotham

City, we being close friends for quite a period of time;

2. That in their marriage they begot a child named HARVEY

DENT;

3. That the name HARVEY DEND appearing in the name of the

Certificate of Live Birth of HARVEY DENT issued by the National
Statistics Authority refer to one and the same person and that refers to
HARVEY DENT;

4. That we have the knowledge of the foregoing facts we being

close friends of said spouses;

5. That we are not related to the family of the said spouses

either by consanguinity or affinity and that we have no pecuniary
interest on this matter;

6. That we execute this affidavit to establish the foregoing facts.
