Dear H iring Manager :

My name is Elizabeth Krebsbach and I am currently in my fourth semester at the University of

North Dakota, working towards a Master of Science degree in the Adult/Gerontological
Primary Care Nurse Practitioner track. Following graduation in May of 2019, I plan to promptly
sit for my certification exam and begin providing care. I would like to be considered for a
position as a nurse practitioner at your primary care clinic.

During my clinical rotations, I have developed a true love for the variety of family medicine in
the primary care setting. I was able to complete rotations in various clinical settings, including
a clinic with a complex and under-served population base, and also an urgent care clinic.
Going from managing a complicated diabetic patient with comorbidities, to treating acute
infections, to working with an interdisciplinary team to provide community services – this is the
variety that I have come to know and love.

I would greatly appreciate your consideration of me for this highly regarded position.
Working within your facility would help to fulfill my long-term goals in this specific arena of
healthcare. I would welcome an invitation to interview with you.

Sincerely,

Elizabet h Kreb sba ch, BSN, RN, CCRN
