The study is comparative in nature.

This paper deals both quantitative and


qualitative data. Quantitative data will be collected from primary sources through
conducting a survey using structured questionnaire. In addition, secondary data from
electronic sources such as online journal will be used to support the process and results
of the study. For qualitative data, results of the researchers’ previous study in relation
with current study will be used as primary data. Secondary data sources for qualitative
will also be used such as sources from the Internet, articles, and etc. The researchers
will use cost-benefit analysis to further elaborate and comprehensively explain the
findings of the study. All of the respondents are teachers and staff of Santa Barbara
National Comprehensive High School, both Junior and Senior High School faculties. The
sample is 80 respondents to collect primary data, whereas this sample is 40% of the
population of the said institution. The respondents are required to have an experience
in purchasing goods or services both traditional retail and e-commerce.

Informed consent was also secured from the informants. Before the start of
conducting the survey, the respondents will be oriented about the identity of the
researchers, what the study is all about and its objectives. The role of the respondents
will be clearly stated. They will be given the choice of whether they will participate in
the face to face interview or not. The consent will be noted by the researchers’ adviser
and approved by the assistant principal of the faculty.
