AFFIDAVIT OF CONSENTED LAND USE

I, DONNA V. SALES of legal age, single, Filipino citizen and a resident of Jibao – an,
Iloilo after having been sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose and say:

That I am the surviving heir of the late Manuela Salmo, who in her lifetime owned a parcel
of land known as Lot No. 1187 registered under Tax Declaration No. 36 – 0018 – 00407 situated at
Brgy. 17, Igtambo, San Miguel;

That Araceli S. Lumogdang is currently in possession of the said lot through my tolerance;

That she built her house therein and has been living there together with her family for
almost five (5) years;

That she is currently applying for the necessary permit for electricity for her house;

That I have no objection and am giving my full consent to said improvements on my lot;

That I execute this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts as to my undertaking
to give my consent to Araceli S. Lumogdang, to support her application for any necessary permits
for electricity and/or for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
