2) Strong checks and balances are need over the three main problems in Pakistan:

iii. Structural Reforms.

3) Well trained workforce (manpower) and capacity building/trainings sessions and

need to build strong R&D’s/H.R practices in Pakistan.

4) Well formed initiatives: Re-Enforcements/Empowerments

a) Harmonization (advisory group).

b) Procurement Professionalism.
c) The implementation of an E – Procurement system in a Pakistan.
d) Management Information System ( M.I.S ) & Data Management.
e) Political Support.
f) System Integration.
g) Implementation of a sound Strategy’s/policies.
h) To increase the participation of a civil society of Pakistan in P.P
systems.

5) To make institutions strong/strengthen (regularity’s body).

6) To make the system as a ‘’ Centralized Mechanism’’ and confidence building

measures C.B.M’s/trust.

7) To make strong coordination between the Federal & Provincial levels in Pakistan.

8) Need to increase the efficiency and effectiveness for management.

9) To make the procedures as in easiest way for public procurement.

10) To make the procurement law and limited options for the dispute resolution.
11) To make strong monitoring & evaluation systems in Pakistan.

12) To ensure the principles of public procurement in Pakistan with true spirit.

13) To make/reform or amend the Arbitration act and need to resolve the
challenges.

14) To constitute the grievances to redressal authority in Pakistan.

15) To dissemination (outreach programmes) of public procurement rules and

regulations via Awareness Programmes are dire need at the national level
Pakistan.

16) To make institutions independent and need to remove the interferences between
federal and provincial levels in Pakistan.

17) To make the international Financial Reporting Standards Institutional Standards

in Pakistan at every level.
