Message: There has been extremely suspicious activity, that based on statement stated in this
message, viewed as political violence, threat, and revenge. Last week, my father and
sister were attacked by vehicles in which both of their cars were totaled. My father was
attacked on Thursday, 10/25, and my sister was attacked by an anonymous vehicle,
who attacked her and ran off, without stopping, no identity was identi ed, on 10/27/18
I am not sure if this is a hoax situation; however, there is a mere threat to my life. Such
coincidences like this has happened in the past, and subsequently, led to a car accident
at the calculated time. Similarly, due to unknown reasons, my parent's account and
assets have been frozen because a credit card company after 20 years, and
coincidently, now, when it is needed the most; decided to do a lawsuit and freeze the
account. Whether this credit card company is a strategic ally, partnering with
politicians or USF, defendant for my lawsuit, to indirectly attack me, by torturing my
parents. My father has had two emergency heart conditions in the past 2-3 years. This
kind of torture is de nitely a crime, and a threat to kill my father or even mother, by
other means. I have a lawsuit pending against USF, for reinstatement back to USF
medical school and nearly more than 300,000 fedloan in dispute, due to hate crime
against students like me. There was no reason, but the school just needed to clean their
tracks, thus, used any means possible to torture, retaliate and even tried to hurt me

indirectly. Coincidently, that year, my family members died on dates that were of 7's,
my grades on exams were also 77's. My cousin died that year and before a major exam,
my grandmother died. Whether this was indirectly killing of my family members for
retaliatory reasons, is subject to question the intent of corporations and its reach of
arms. The judge assigned to me was James S. Moody, his unlawful ruling was de nitely
an act of hate crime which shocks one's conscience. Whether he had purposely
tortured on purpose, and prolonged it and its reach in courts, for another act to receive
fame for his children running in judicial and attorney general elections, is subject to
question. I genuinely do not care and do not want to get involved, and I hope the
politicians will compete based on their own merits, besides use human lives for their
prestige and games. Such unlawful attacks to my family near the election times is not a
coincidence, but a suspicious activity. My petition for panel rehearing at the 11th Cir.
was to be led on 10/24/18, which was led on time, but such ling could indirectly
impact elections, since I had requested recusal of the judge James S. Moody, and
exposed his con ict of interest situation, i.e. his second daughter attended USF medica
school and residency. I have exposed hate crime and crime in general. The freezing
asset of my parents bank at calculated times, may have been behind the scenes tactics
because then the money that my father had set aside for me to pay for my car payment
and my storage is gone, and thus, I have lost everything, and would really be a notch on
the belt for politicians.. Now my storage is sealed, for lack of payment for two months,
because of non-payment and my car payment has not been paid, and not sure what
twist and turns I will have to endure for that as well. I had led a police report, when a
similar torturous situation happened to me in March 2018, but the police ignored it and
inevitably did lead to an attack. I hope the police can acknowledge, that having two
accidents, less than two days apart, in both of those accidents, none of my family
members were deemed at fault by the police, and one attacker who just ran off, after
almost killing my sister is not a coincidence, based on the context of the situation.
Protection is needed and thorough investigation for criminals trying to threaten, kill
family members to appease their crimes. Additionally, while I was driving today, in my
neighborhood, to go to doctors of ce; in the area, where the speed is supposed to be
less than 10 miles, a car was driving more than 30 miles per hour at a calculated time,
around 10:30 a.m. at 4409 West Varn Avenue, while leaving out of my house. It seemed
as if, this criminal was waiting for me to pull out and make the calculated moves, so he
can attack me as well, again it was an SUV car, all of the attackers have been SUV/Truck
drivers. As if these calculated moves are a show or indirect criminal violence, by
depleting nancial assets, and slowly torturing someone by pain, anguish, torture and
imposing a threat. I am not sure if I and my family is being used as a political weapon, fo
Democrats or republican's notch on the belt or what. But, this has been even more
lately, than usual.
