Competence and capacity
development

We support education, learning and capacity

development solutions for Danish-funded partner
organisations in low-income countries and in countries
with emerging economies.
We offer learning opportunities developed through
a process of dialogue, co-creation, creativity and
flexibility and with a strong focus on adaptability and
usability.
Our support builds on the understanding that
individuals matter: With the right knowledge,
competencies and motivation, individuals can become
key change makers in their organisations and societies.
