4. LEGAL: Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Civil Court in Kozhikode

5, Please quote the Purchase Order No, and date on the respective Supply lnvoice. lnvoice/ Delivery Chelan without PO Number will not be accepled.

6. Ours is an'Environment Friendly' Hospital. You are requested to use only ecofriendly material fol.packing the stores/equ.ipment.

7, ln case you use any non biodegradable material, you will be responsible to take the packing material back before installing the equipmenUdelivery to the
stores.

8, CANCELLATION: Any order can be cancelled by the Purchaser at any time by giving a notice, if there is a violation/noncorflpliance in the conditions
mentioned in the purchase order. No penalty charges will be given to the supplier. ln the event of any national emergency which shall delay or postpone the
completion of the manufacture or delivery of any materials and/or equipment ordered from supplier, it is agreed that at the option of the Purchaser (BMH) the
order may be either cancelled or may be kept on suppliers books and completed at some later dateat an adjusted price, agreeable to BMH.
