An exciting opportunity has arisen at Peterson Projects and Solutions (Asia) in

Manila, the Philippines for a Junior Program Manager (Agriculture, Social,

and Environmental).

As a Junior Program Manager (Agriculture, Social, and Environmental),

you will be responsible for supporting the Program Manager in the Philippines
– to an extent the Peterson Director and regional team – to launch and deliver
technical agroforestry, social, entrepreneurial, and environmental services and
programs including system design, risks analysis, sustainability roadmaps and
carbon mapping.

You should be confident, honest and willing to work hard. Remuneration will
be at par with industry standard.

Tasks and responsibilities

 Support the Program Manager (Philippines) in dedicated programs for

social and environmental services
 Support the launch of commercial platforms and services
 Identify and support building new relationships with commercial clients,
international donors and NGO communities.
 Write proposal for technical services
 Support ALL international team members who visit the Philippines

Requirements

 Nationality- Filipino
 Education: Minimum Bachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Science or
equivalent in Environment, Agriculture Science or Business. MA/MSc
degree will be advantageous
 Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with a
multinational team or firm
 Knowledge of either commercial agribusiness, or social, or
environmental services
 Experience in project management
 Excellent English communication skill (oral & written)
 Strong writing skills in English and Filipino (local dialect is a plus)
 Computer literate – MS Word, Excel and Power point
  Must be flexible, willing to perform other duties as and when required
and work irregular hours
 Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team
 Ability to work under pressure
 Strong interpersonal skills – leading by example
 Good organizational skills; ability to manage and prioritize tasks
