Implementation Activities:

 Created BBP Document for client

 Configuration of Article Master, Merchandise category, Pricing Procedure etc. in Realization Phase
 Testing for Master Data, PO Workbench, Interfaces, GR Posting in Finalization Phase
Also created Test case documents, Functional Spec. Documents, etc. with scenarios.
 Took efficient part in Go-Live period with ABAP clients by using the tool LSMW.
 Configured interfaces to transfer Master Data (Merchandise Category, Article master, Vendor master,

Support Activities in Pricing:

 ● Investigate if any discrepancies occur while data coming from BI to XI, XI to ECC & ECC to POS and
inform the business to correct them by providing proper details.
● Handle Business requests and Create PLU files for the New and Existing Stores; Push the promo files,
markdowns and promo delete files.
● Monitored the EDI processes between SAP Retail and POS system and reprocessed the IDOC errors.
● Pricing: Mapping and customizing the price determination process by using condition techniques and
access sequence.
● Biweekly meeting with the business for reviewing month forecast process.

● Automation of FULL PLU files: This automation had given freedom for the client to create FULL PLU
without depending on Pricing Team, It will run series of programs on the requested date and place file
in a dedicated location.
● Generation of Markdown Discrepancy report: It will send automatic mails of missing markdowns to
the teams while markdowns transmitting form BI to ECC
● Generation of AJB Pollar Reports: It generates a report of discrepancies of markdowns and promotions
while data sent from ECC to POS, which decreased the incident count by 50%.
● Reclassification of Article groups and maintained Background clusters for Markdowns.

Roll Out Activities:
