Solar Roof Window
The Polar PVC Centre Pivot range is now available with energy efficient Solar powered
operation, making fresh air on demand available in every location.
With no requirement for mains electricity, the Solar roof window harvests solar
energy, which is retained in the window’s battery system, enabling operation
day or night.
Solar can be supplied with electric blinds for complete control of

ventilation and shading and because Polar PVC is both moisture
resistant and maintenance free, it makes it the ideal roof
window for installation in out of reach locations.
Our smart rain sensor technology is included in every

worry about a change in the weather as the
sensor activates the motor to close the window
automatically in the event of rain.

Dormer System
The new Keylite Dormer system is a dramatic alternative to a traditional dormer roof.
It brings many of the same advantages in terms of space and head room but adds visual
impact and transmits more than three times the daylight as the overhead glazing floods

The system also opens up the opportunity for a unique fresh air experience, with the
convenience of the top handle on our Centre Pivot windows allowing easy opening to
create a well ventilated and bright space.
Available in a configuration of 4 or 6 roof windows, the Keylite Dormer can be made

even more practical with the selection of Electric or Solar powered options for maximum
fingertip control.
Internally, the colour matched trimmers create an attractive window feature, while
externally the grey aluminium flashings are practical against a variety of roofing
materials and remain maintenance free for convenience.
